Please take time to read these Terms & Conditions as they apply to all transactions by customers on this website.

Making a purchase from Tea & Roses website is easy. Browse at your leisure and add my lovely items into your shopping basket. Click on 'checkout', add your mobile number and this will help track your parcel.

​

I try to describe items in the best possible way. Please be aware that colours may look different on a screen and that I suggest that if you are buying paint, for a true representation, I recommend that you use an Annie Sloan Colour Card.

If you'd prefer to order from me in person, you can pop by my studio near Bridgnorth and speak to me in person.

Shipping & Handling.

​

My delivery charge is a set price regardless of order size or quantity. I currently only ship goods to the Mainland UK. If you are outside this area, email me and I can get you a quote.

 

I aim to dispatch orders received before 2pm on the same day and use Royal Mail and Parcel Force wherever possible. Parcels are packed during office hours and are wrapped with good care. I do not currently offer a next day delivery service. I ship goods to the address supplied by you, if the address is incorrect then we can not be held responsible for any loss of goods or compensation.

Returns Policy

To return an item for a refund, I must be notified by email within five days of the receipt of the parcel in the first instance. If a return is agreed the delivery must be returned to the farm at West Farm, Aston Eyre, Bridgnorth, Shropshire, WV16 6XB unopened and in its original packaging. I will refund once we have received and processed the items. A refund on postage will NOT be given unless the goods were sent out faulty.

*Furniture. I understand that despite falling in love with a piece of painted furniture online, it may just not work in your home as you thought. Therefore, I offer a you to return the piece and receive credit for the same amount to put towards another piece or commission something more suitable. Please note that this excludes courier fees and the return of the furniture must be arranged by you. I am unable to offer full refunds on returned furniture unless a piece is damaged.

Tea & Roses Ltd does not disclose information to third parties other than with third parties when order details are processed as part of the order fulfilment. We do not store credit card details.
