Delft Panels
​
I love to work on my 'Delft Style' panels closely with the commissioning client.
​
The initial design process will be carried out by email. The client provides me with images and wording. Once this is confirmed in writing by both parties, the design and painting will begin. This can take up to 4 weeks, but is usually much less.

If there are any unexpected delays in painting, I will communicate this via email with the client.
​
Once the panel is complete it will be carefully wrapped and sent by Royal Mail/Parcel Force.
​
These panels are bespoke designs and painted in a style that is naïve. There are 'flaws' in the painting style and the piece is finished in a crackle varnish. I am sure you will love your bespoke panel, however, I am unable to accept returns on these panels as they are made to order.

Furniture Commissions
​
Each piece of furniture is unique and I often use a very free, painterly style. Every piece is either waxed or lacquered depending on its anticipated function. However, I am unable to accept returns on any furniture that is chipped after delivery.

I work closely with the clients needs on commissioning, this is carried out in person if possible or by email. Furniture must be delivered in person to my studio workshop in Shropshire. I can deliver completed pieces for free within a 20 mile radius of WV16 6XB. For courier delivery further afield please contact me for a quote. You are always most welcome to collect the furniture from the farm in person.
Some pieces are designed to have a ‘chippy’ aesthetic and therefore just get better with age and wear and tear. The more pristine pieces, with minimal or no distressing, are usually lacquered to provide a stronger finish.

I understand that despite falling in love with a piece of furniture , it might just not work in your home setting as planned. Therefore, I offer a returns package that will enable you to return the piece and receive credit for the same amount to put towards another piece or commission a new project. Please note that this excludes courier fees and the return of the furniture must be arranged by you. I am unable to accept returns on any furniture or offer refunds unless a piece is damaged. In the unfortunate situation where this might be the case, please be in touch to discuss options.
